I retain the copyright to each image I create- currently I do not offer commercial rights for commissions.

Commercial use (merchandise, prints, etc) of commissioned work is not permitted.

Tracing or editing commissioned work is not permitted unless you are the client.

Profiting from my work without a mutually consensual contract is prohibited and illegal.

Do not use my work to train AI, use AI to alter my work, or use my work in NFTs.

The payment must be sent as services/goods through PayPal and I will only accept GBP.

Base price will raise if the details are extensive (complex design, pose, background, etc.)

Haggling will get you blacklisted and blocked.

My turnaround and completion speed generally extends to 2 weeks. Deadlines under 2 weeks include a rush fee, starting at £15.

Private commissions that cannot be posted by me will include a 25% fee.

Details are required before payment is sent. If changes are requested after the fact, additional fees will be charged.

Mistakes made on my behalf regarding design or anatomy will be edited without charge.

Full refunds can be requested before sketching is started.

Partial refunds are permitted and will reflect the amount of work completed.

Please do not commission me if you are at financial risk. Repeated immediate requests for a refund will result in being blacklisted.

I only take payment through PayPal as services/goods.

All pieces come with a simple background designed by myself, but complex backgrounds can incur a fee of £10+.

For every extra character there is a fee of +50% of the base price.
